Licensing Act 2003: New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that I, YASIN ONEMLI have made an Application for Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of the Premises known as NEWSAGENT 462 LEYLAND ROAD PR5 5RY.
I intend to apply to: Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday 8am 12am. Friday & Saturday 8am – 1.30am. Supply Alcohol: Sunday to Thursday 8am – 12am Friday & Saturday 8am – 1.00am.
Non-Standard times: Bank holidays 8am – 1.30am.
Interested parties (within the meaning of the Act) may make written representations to South Ribble Borough Council about this application until 27/06/2025 which should be sent to the following address: Licensing, South Ribble Borough Council, Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland.
