I, Anthony Julian Race, hereby give notice that we have applied on 19 May 2025 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: The Dove Inn, Andover Road, Micheldever Station, Winchester, Hampshire SO21 3AU.

The application is for: Sale by Retail of Alcohol - for consumption on and off the premises only Monday to Thursday 1100 to 0000 Friday and Saturday 1100 to 0200 Sunday 1100 to 2300

Live Music - indoors and outdoors - (outdoors soloists and duo acoustic music in the garden on

selected Summer afternoons only)

Friday and Saturday 2300 to 0000 (0800 to 2300 covered by Live Music Act 2012)

Sunday 1400 to 1600

Recorded Music - indoors/outdoors - selected Fri/ Sat only

Friday and Saturday 2300 to 0000 (0800 to 2300

covered by Live Music Act 2012)

Late Night Refreshment - indoors/outdoors

Monday to Wednesday 2300 to 0000

Thursday to Saturday 2300 to 0200

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 17 June 2025, details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
