I Steve Dixon hereby give notice that I have applied on 16 May 2025 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: The Matterley Estate, Petersfield Road, Ovington Down, Hampshire SO24 0HY

The application is for: Sale of Alcohol* Regulated Entertainment* Late Night Refreshment* For 3 consecutive days annually. For up to 14,999 people. Live Music - Friday and Saturday 1800 to 0000, Recorded Music - Friday 1500 to 0000, Saturday 1700 to 0000, Performance of dance -Friday 1800 to 0000, Saturday 1700 to 0000, Late Night Refreshment Friday and Saturday 2300 to 0000, Supply of Alcohol - Friday and Saturday 1000 to 0000, Sunday 1000 to 2200.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 18 June 2025; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
