What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Babylon Park UK Play & Entertainment Ltd to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Camden Council to vary the Premises Licence for Babylon Park, Buildings C1-3, 8-10 Castlehaven Place, Camden, London, NW1 8QU.

The application is to remove conditions 36, 37, 39, 41 and 42 from the current premises licence. Full details of the Application can be viewed online at www.camden.gov.uk or at the offices of the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Camden Council Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority online or at the above address any time up to and including 17th June 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
