Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Hatton & Edwards Fine Wine Merchants Limited has applied to the London Borough of Haringey on 20/05/2025 to vary the premises licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises known as Hatton & Edwards, Units 2, 3 & 4 Granita Court, 9 Cross Lane, London N8 7GD. The proposed variation is to change the Associated Plans of the Premises and to Vary the Permitted Licensable Activities namely The Retail Sale of Alcohol (On & Off Sales): Mon. — Fri. 08.00 to 22.00 & Sat. — Sun. 10.00 to 22.00.
The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website http://www.haringey.gov.uk/ or inspected at their offices at Level 1 North, River Park House, 225 High Road, London N22 8HQ by appointment. Any Person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority or by email to licensing@haringey.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds for the objection. Representations must be received no later than 17/06/2025.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The Maximum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard Scale) is Unlimited.
