PUBLIC NOTICE: AN APPLICATION TO GRANT PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Karyn Daniels has applied to Chelmsford City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as:

The Feed Shed, Radley Green Equestrian, Radley Green Road, CM4 0LU

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 12:00 to 22:00
Saturday: 12:00 to 22:00
Sunday: 12:00 to 20:00

A register of licensing applications is held by Chelmsford City Council and can be viewed during normal office hours at: Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE, or online at www.chelmsford.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to make a representation regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 17th June 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
