Notice is given that Lytchett Bay Foods ltd has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to:

The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 19 day of June 2025.
Supply of Alcohol (On Sales) – Monday to Saturday 11:30 to 23:00, Sunday 12:00 to 22:00
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
