Take notice that LHZ FAST FOODS LIMITED T/A CHICK-N-GRILL/THE FAT PIZZA/THE FAT DESSERT has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as: CHICK N GRILL, 148-150 COLNE ROAD, BURNLEY, BB10 1DT
The proposed application is as follows:-
LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENTS
23:00 – 02:00 hrs (Mon-Sat)
23:00 – 02:00 hrs (Sun-Bank Holiday)

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
