What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Southampton City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Cricketers Arms at 60-62 Portsmouth Road, Woolston, Southampton, Hampshire, SO19 9AF.
The application includes the following terms: - 1. To change the internal external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2: - To permit existing licensable activities (sale of alcohol regulated entertainment and late-night refreshment) until 01:00 hours on Friday and Saturday.
3: - To add licensable activities of Films (in/outdoors) and Indoor Sporting Events Sunday - Wednesday 10:00 to 23:00 hours, Thursday 10:00 to 00:00 hours and Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 01:00 hours.
4: - To amend Annex 2 condition 1 Personal Licence Holder and Food; Annex 3 condition 1.5 to delete conditions Annex 2 condition 1 and 6 in respect of pool cues, SIA and covid restrictions.
Full details of the application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the licensing Authority at Southampton City Council, Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, Civic Centre, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 7LY. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 15th June 2025. (www.southampton.gov.uk). It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
