Notice is hereby given that We Jalwa Indian Bistro Ltd On 22nd May 2025
Have made application to the Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the above Act, for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises situated at and known as: Jalwa Indian Bistro, 42 Bretonside, Plymouth, PL4 0AU
The relevant licensable activities are as follows; Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday (on/off) 08:00hrs to 00:00hrs, Late Night Refreshment and Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs to 00:00hrs

A copy of this application can be viewed on the Council’s licensing register or at the Licensing Office address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
