NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st May 2025 Kennedys Didsbury Limited applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Kennedys Irish Bar, 700 Wilmslow Road, Didsbury M20 2DN. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Sunday to Wednesday between the hours of 10.00 and 00:00 and on Thursday to Saturday between the hours of 10:00 and 01:00. 2. To permit Regulated Entertainment (Live Music and Recorded Music) on Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 23.00 and 23:30 and on Fridays and Saturdays between the hours of 23:00 and 00:30. 3. To permit late night refreshment on Sunday to Wednesday between the hours of 23.00 and 00:30 and on Thursday to Saturday between the hours of 23:00 and 01:30. Please Note-The trading hours mirror those of the pervious licence in respect of these premises. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA Or by e-mail to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov. uk no later than the 18th June 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Manchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above office by appointment only. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
