Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Crescent Moon Limited has applied to Cherwell District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Crescent Moon Tap, The Studio, Eastwood Farm, Shenington, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 6HQ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 12:00 and 21:00 Mondays to Wednesdays, 12:00 and 22:00 on Thursdays and 11:00 and 22:00 Fridays to Sundays. 2. Opening hours of 12:00 and 21:00 Mondays to Wednesdays, 12:00 and 22:00 on Thursdays and 11:00 and 22:00 Fridays to Sundays. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Cherwell District Council, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, OX16 5FD or licensing
no later than 15th June 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Cherwell District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours on the council's website -
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine or conviction should such a false statement be made.
