What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Crescent Moon Limited has applied to Cherwell District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Crescent Moon Tap, The Studio, Eastwood Farm, Shenington, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 6HQ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 12:00 and 21:00 Mondays to Wednesdays, 12:00 and 22:00 on Thursdays and 11:00 and 22:00 Fridays to Sundays. 2. Opening hours of 12:00 and 21:00 Mondays to Wednesdays, 12:00 and 22:00 on Thursdays and 11:00 and 22:00 Fridays to Sundays. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Cherwell District Council, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, OX16 5FD or licensing
