Section 17 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: SOUTHERNSPICESLEICESTERLTD Have Applied to: Leicester City Council for a New Premises licence for Ground and First floor of Block A, Phoenix Yard, Upper Brown Street, Leicester LE1 5TE licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (10:00-2300).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 20th June 2025 eating the grounds for making said representation to: licensing Officer, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester LE11FZ OR email: licensing@leicester.gov.uk

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.leicestetgov.uk

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
