Representations concerning this application should be submitted in writing to the council at licensing.ham@northyorks.gov.uk or by post to the above address by: 12th June 2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
