What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given, that Rama Modhwadia has made an application to Leicester City Council for a new premises licence at 103 Havelock Street, Leicester, LE2 7HA under the above Act.

The application is to apply to authorise the following licensable activities:

The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises with proposed licensed hours as follows: Mon-Sun, 24 Hours (service hatch during hours of 11pm-6am).

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Officer, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ not later than 26/06/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
