NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Fig & Thyme Kitchen Ltd. of 58 Southside Street on 28th May 2025 Has made application to Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the Act, for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises situated at and known as:
58 Southside Street, PL1 2LA
The proposed variation to the licensable activities is as follows:
To add Mondays to the permitted licensable hours, allowing operation 7 days a week.
Proposed hours for the above licensable activities are for the sale of alcohol from 9:30am to 22:30pm on Monday to Sunday

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
