APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

U R Convenience Store Limited have applied to Dartford Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Unit 2b Copperhouse Green, 36 Lowfield Street, Dartford, Kent DA1 1HD for the following licensable activity: The sale & supply of alcohol Mondays to Sundays 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs.

The Council’s Licensing Register is kept at the Licensing Team, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent DA1 1DR (open 08.45am to 4.45pm Mondays to Fridays 01322 343 434) where details of the application may be inspected.

Representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Dept at the above address, by no later than 19th June, 2025. Individuals, businesses & bodies may make representations in relation to the application and they must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention or crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the Applicant.

Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
