LICENSING ACT 2003:, APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Ltd has applied in respect of the KFC Hulme, Greenheys Lane, West Hulme, Manchester, M15 5AS.
For the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Late Night Refreshments 23:00 to 00:00 – Sunday through Saturday for customers, collecting or dining in (restaurant), 23:00 to 05:00 – Sunday through Saturday (the following morning) for drive thru and delivery collection only (no customer access into the restaurant).
Opening Hours: 09:30 to 05:00 the following morning every day of the week. After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a delivery/drive thru collection service only.
