NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Punch Partnerships (PTL) Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Royal Oak, Brockham Green, Brockham, Betchworth RH3 7JS. The variation proposed is as follows:- Application is made to amend the licensing plan to incorporate amendments to the external area with the formation of Meerkat enclosures, a decked area and garden area.
A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Mole Valley District Council Licensing Authority, Mole Valley District Council 9 Reigate Road, Dorking RH4 1SJ www.molevalley.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Mole Valley District Council Licensing Authority on 22/05/2025 and any representations must be made in writing to Mole Valley District Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 19/06/2025.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
