What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 (“the Act”)

DEBRA PARDOE has applied to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ (“The Licensing Office”)

For a grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:- Equator Bar, 123 Hurst Street, Birmingham, B5 6SE

To:- Permit the sale of Alcohol for consumption on & off the premises and Regulated Entertainment from 1100-2300 on Sunday- Thursday and from 1100- 0200 on Friday and Saturday;

A record of the application maybe inspected online at the Licensing Office (Tel: 0121 303 9611 -option 1) (www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing)

Representations by Responsible Authorities (as defined by the Act) or other Interested Parties must be made in writing to the Licensing Office by:- 12th June 2025

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine
