Application has been made by The Good Eating Company Limited to the Licensing Authority of Westminster City Council for a Premises Licence for the Paul Weiss at floor 3, 20 Air Street, London, W1B 5AN. The application includes the following terms:- 1. To enable the sale of alcohol between 11:00 and 23:00 7 days a week for consumption on and off the premises. 2. Provision of recorded music, 11:00 to 23:00, 7 days a week for consumption on and off the premises. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 16 June 2025 (www.westminster.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
