What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

We, Polish Clan Association CIC, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence at Ealing Central Sports Ground, Horsenden Lane South, Perivale, UB6 8GP.

The application is for:

The provision of regulated entertainment (1) plays, (2) live music, (3) recorded music, (4) performances of dance and (5) anything of a similar description to that falling within above, and; (6) the retail sale of alcohol.

Annually on the 1st or 2nd weekend of September. Saturday from 12:00-20:00, Sunday from 12:00-19:00 on 12/09/2025.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 16/06/2025.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/200063/ licences_and_street_trading

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
