What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003, Application for a Premise Licence

Notice is hereby given that: Nicola Hudson has applied to the Licensing Authority at Bassetlaw District Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. At Reformer Coffee House, 28 Chapelgate, Retford, DN22 6PJ.

The proposed licensable activities and relevant times are as follows:- Supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday 08.00 to 23.00 hours. Full details of the application can be viewed at Bassetlaw District Council Offices between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday (by appointment only).

Any person wishing to make a relevant representation on this application must do so in writing by the following. Date 18th June 2025.

This must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives namely crime and disorder, public nuisance, public safety or protection of children from harm. To: Licensing Section, Bassetlaw District Council, Queen’s Buildings, Potter Street, Worksop, S80 2AH. . It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.Dated this: 20th May 2025
