What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Exeter CC for a Premises Licence for Popeyes, 50-52 Exeter High Street, Exeter EX4 3DJ to provide for late night refreshment on and off daily 11pm until 3am.

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at www.exeter.gov.uk or at Licensing, Civic Centre, Paris St, Exeter EX1 1RQ by appointment; or contact by email licensing.team@exeter.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the above address giving in detail the grounds of objection by 17 June 2025.

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
