An application has been made for the variation of a premises licence. The variation includes changes to specific conditions and changes to licensable area. A copy of the application is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA (Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays) or can be viewed online at bit.ly/CWACApplicationsUnderConsultation. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA no later than 6th June 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
