What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice is given that Steven Cooper has applied to the licensing authority to grant the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
Premises: Orsett Showground, Rectory Road, Orsett, Essex, RM16 3JU.
The proposed application is for: Orsett Classic & Vintage show on 13th July 2025.
To include provision of live music & recorded music, supply of alcohol, performances of dance, provision of wrestling entertainment.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Department, Thurrock Council, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL. Representations must be received by 17th June 2025. It is an offense under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offense is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
