LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that we The Embsay Steam Railway Trading Company Ltd. have applied to North Yorkshire Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Bolton Abbey Station, Bolton Abbey, Skipton BD23 6AF

FOR The Performance of Plays (indoors) Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 23:00, Live Music (both on and off premises) Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 23:00, Recorded Music (both) Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:00. Retail Sale of Alcohol (both) Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:00. Bank holidays until 00:00.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 5 June 2025. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
