LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 14th May 2025 Asda Stores Limited applied to Allerdale Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Workington PFS Dunmail Park Workington Cumbria CA14 1NQ. The proposed licensable activities are :-

  1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.

  2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hour of 23.00 and 05.00

Any representations regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Allerdale Borough Council, Allerdale House, Workington, Cumbria CA14 3YJ; email licensing@allerdale.gov.uk no later than 11th June 2025 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Allerdale Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Allerdale Borough Council Licensing Section Allerdale House, New Bridge Road, Workington during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
