What is proposed?

Variation of licence

An application has been made by Shannon Lloyd ‘ to the Licensing Authority for Rhondda Cynon Taf for the grant of a variation of licence hours at no 12 cocktail bar Pontypridd CF37 2ST

The application includes proposals to sell alcohol by retail, to provide regulated entertainment and to provide late night refreshment and extend the hour of sale to 1am and allow an outdoor area to consume alcohol

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, at Ty Elai, Dinas Isaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY.

Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 21/05/25- 18/06/25

All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax.)

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.

The maximum fine of conviction is £5000.
