Licensing Application - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by Murray and
Yeatman Distilleries Ltd to the Licensing Authority
for Wealden District Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence at Murray and Yeatman
Distilleries ,Unit H4 Swallow Enterprise Park,
Diamond Drive, Lower Dicker, BN27 4EL. The
application is for the following: Sale of Alcohol for
consumption off the Premises (Internet Sales
only).
Any person wishing to make representations to
this application may do so by writing to Licensing
Officer, Wealden DC, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham,
BN27 2AX or email

after this date cannot be considered. Details of the
above application may be viewed on the Licensing
Register at the Council Offices
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application;
on summary conviction for the offence the
maximum fine for which a person is liable is
unlimited.
