Notice of Application For A Premises Licence
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Eastbourne Borough Council for a
Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Pacific Drive,
Eastbourne, BN23 6DW. The proposed licensable activity
is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the
premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.
The register for the Licensing Authority for Eastbourne
Borough Council is kept at the Council Offices, Town Hall,
Eastbourne, BN21 4UG.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
