NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants
Limited has applied to Wealden District Council on 14th
May 2025 for the grant of a premises licence for
McDonald’s Restaurants, Ropemaker Park, Diplocks Way
Industrial Estate, South Road, Hailsham, BN27 3GY for the
provision of late night refreshment between the hours of
23:00 and 00:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on
and off the premises. Any person wishing to make
representations to this application may do so in writing
to:- Licensing Officer, Wealden District Council,
Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 2AX Or e-mail

licensing@rother.gov.uk

no later than 11th June 2025.
Representations received after this date cannot be
considered. Details of the above application may be viewed
on the Licensing Register at the Council Offices.
Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application. A person
is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a
false statement be made.
