I, Simon Oldfield Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Wealden District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Ocean View Pevensey Bay Limited, 7 Eastbourne Road, Pevensey Bay, Pevensey BN24 6EJ and known as Ocean View Bakery & Restaurant. The application is to: Perform licensable activities from 1st July 2025 (sale of alcohol to customers dining in these premises), Monday to Sunday from 11.30 to 16.00 and up to 24 evenings per year in addition to this from 16.00 to 23.00.
Premises opening hours, Monday to Sunday, 07.00 to 16.00, and up to 24 additional evenings throughout the year 16.00 to 23.00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Wealden DC, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 2AX or email
not later than 19/06/2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. Details of the above application may be viewed on the Licensing Register at the Council Offices. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
