Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

I, Jacqueline Langley hereby give notice that an application was made to the London Borough of Bexley on the 15th May 2025 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at The Banana Garden, 17 The Oval Sidcup, Kent DA15 9ER from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 08:00 and 19:00 hours Monday to Sunday.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Partnership, PO BOX 182, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1GP or online at www.sevenoaks.gov.uk. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 12/06/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
