Licensing Act 2003 Application
An application has been made by KC RESTAURANT LIMITED for the grant of a Premises Licence for Haldi restaurant, 10-12 Fairbank Rd, Southwater RH13 9LA. The application seeks to allow the following Licensable Activity: Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday 12:00hrs to 23:00hrs. Premises Open to the Public: Monday to Sunday 07:00hrs to 23:30hrs. The application is available for inspection on the council’s website or by writing to Licensing Department, Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham RH12 1RL. You can also contact the Alcohol Licensing Officer by email, licensing@horsham.gov.uk Representations can be made at any time between 19th May 2025 and 16th June 2025. All representations must be made in writing, including email, for the attention of the Alcohol Licensing Officer. It is an offence for anyone recklessly or knowingly to make a false statement with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
