NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE


Notice is hereby given that AA Cash & Carry has applied to North Northamptonshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: AA Cash & Carry, 19a Cannon Street, Wellingborough, NN8 4DN
The application is to allow the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises, Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 06:00 and 23:00.

Any person wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address, no later than 5 June 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
