NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that We Hartshead Moor Cricket Club have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as HARTSHEAD MOOR CRICKET CLUB, HIGHMOOR LANE, CLECKHEATON, BD19 6LW
FOR: SALE OF ALCOHOL TO BE EACH DAY FROM 11AM TO 11PM
LIVE AND RECORDED MUSIC TO BE EACH DAY FROM 12 NOON UNTIL 11PM
FILM TO BE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 5PM UNTIL 11PM
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
