Whaley Bridge Cricket Club hereby confirm by way of notice that they have applied to High Peak Borough Council for the Grant of a Club Premises Certificate in respect of the premises known as:- Whaley Bridge Cricket Club, New Horwich Park, New Horwich Road, Whaley Bridge, SK23 7LG
Licensable activities applied for:-
 Supply of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises):-
Everyday:- 12:00 - 22:00
Proposed opening times:-
Everyday:- 12:00 – 22:00
A Register is held at High Peak Borough Council containing information of all applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected (by appointment) at the offices of High Peak Borough Council, Buxton Town Hall, Buxton, SK17 6EL between the hours of 10.00 a.m. And 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or can be viewed here:

A responsible authority or any other person may make representations
in writing to High Peak Borough Council Licensing Team by 02 June 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the fine of which is unlimited for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
