Does hereby give notice that on 14 May 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, for a new Premises Licence at: ‘The Rooms’, 44 Guildbourne Centre, Worthing, BN11 1LZ
The application seeks authorisation for licensable activity in the form of the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and the provision of regulated entertainment (live music & recorded music):
Alcohol Sales & Live Music: 12:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Monday - Friday & 10:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Saturday & Sunday. Recorded Music: 08:30hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Monday - Friday & 08:30hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Saturday & Sunday. Opening to the Public 08:30hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Monday - Friday & 08:30hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Saturday & Sunday
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and email to:

2003/#applications-worthing Information as to the date of any hearing
required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
