We Chi Street Food Limited hereby give notice that we have applied on May 9th, 2025 to Cambridge City Council as the Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence for the premises known as: Chi of: 6 – 8 Quayside, Cambridge, CB5 8AB

The variation is for: The extension of the hours to sale alcohol on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to start earlier at 10am. To extend the hours on recorded music to start earlier on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to start earlier at 10am. To extend the hours to sale of alcohol on Monday to Thursday to 11pm.

Cambridge, CB1 0JH or via the online Licensing Register at www.cambridge.gov.uk/licences

All representations will be published in full, unless you advise that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Cambridge City Council website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
