TAKE NOTICE that We Ladies Only Lounge Ltd T/A Eliyana have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises license in respect of premises known as The Mill Outlet & Garden Centre, 418 Bradford Road, Batley, WF17 5LZ
For Late Night Refreshment: Friday & Saturday 23:00-01:00
Regulated Entertainment (Live and Recorded music) Friday & Saturday: 19:00 - 00:00
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 13/06/2025
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
