What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Britvic Soft Drinks Limited to the Licensing Authority of Tamworth Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Carlsberg Britvic Distribution Centre (Staff Shop) at Mica Point, 3 Mica Close, Tamworth. B77 4DR.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. To enable the sale of alcohol (off sales) Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00 hours.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Tamworth Borough Council, Marmion House, Lichfield Street, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 7BZ.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 4th June 2025 (www.tamworth.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
