What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Trust Inns Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Northumberland County Council
(Central) to vary the Premises Licence for the Coble Inn at
5-7 Bridge Street, Newbiggin by the Sea, Northumberland,
NE64 6NH. The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the external layout of the premises
as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
All comments about the application must be made in
writing and sent to Licensing Department, Business
Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection
Service, West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington,
Northumberland. NE23 3JP. Details of the application can
be viewed Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A responsible authority or any
other person can make written representations to the
Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 6th
June 2025 (www.northumberland.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
