Premises Licence Variation Application

Crawley Borough Council as the Licensing
Authority for the area. Name of applicant Mr
Jayesh Limbachia. To the Licensing Authority for
the Borough of Crawley for the GRANT, of a
premises licence in respect of: Jayesh Limbachia
T/A Town Centre News, 6 THE Boulevard, Crawley
West Sussex RH10 1XX.
The application includes proposals to carry on the
following activities: Sell alcohol by retail Monday
from 06.00hrs to 24.00hrs inclusive to Sunday.
Anyone wishing to make representation to this
application must do so by 6th June 2025 in writing
to: The Team Leader, Health Safety And Licensing,
Crawley Borough Council, Town Hall, The
Boulevard, Crawley RH10 1UZ. The application
can be viewed at the Licensing Section, Crawley
Borough Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard,
Crawley, RH10 1UZ, during normal office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application,
and the maximum Fine for which a person is liable
is unlimited on summary conviction for the offence.
