Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants
Limited has applied to Buckinghamshire Council on 15th
May 2025 for the grant of a Premises Licence to use the
premises at Former Askeys Factory, Stocklake, Aylesbury,
HP20 1DS for the provision of late night refreshment for
the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00
Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the
premises.
Full details of this application and the proposed activities
may be viewed during normal office hours at the Council
Offices of Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street,
Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA or at the
Buckinghamshire Council website. If you wish to make a
representation in respect of this application, you must
e-mail licensing@buckinghamshire.gov.uk or write to
Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The
Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire,
HP19 8FF. Your representation must be received by
12th June 2025 and should clearly state the grounds upon
which the representations are made.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a licence application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction
is unlimited.
