Notice of application for the variation of a
Premises Licence
Orchard Distillery Ltd is applying to vary a
Premises Licence for Gin and Brews Shop and
Micro Bar 5&6 Stoops Hall, High Street, Garstang
PR3 1EA. The application is to: Sell alcohol by
retail Monday- Sunday from 12.00hrs -23.00hrs
and increase the size of the licensed area.
Any person wishing to make representations to
this application may do so by writing to the
Licensing Section, Wyre Council, Civic Centre,
Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU by no
later than the 11th June 2025 or email ;
wyre.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
a person doing so may be liable to a fine on
conviction of up to £5,000.
