Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an
application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
to vary a premises licence for the Stag & Pheasant, 30
Clumber Street, Mansfield, NG18 1NY. The application
seeks to amend condition 1 in Annex 2 of the premises
licence under the heading "The Prevention of Crime and
Disorder" in respect of the use of door supervisors.
There are no other changes to the premises licence. Anyone
who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing
Manager, Mansfield District Council, Civic Centre,
Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, NG19 7BH.
Representations must be received no later than: Friday, 6th
June 2025. The Application Record and Register may be
viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. The
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for this offence is unlimited.
