What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003


APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an
application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation
has been made by The Cosmic Sailor Limited to Canterbury City Council in
respect of premises known as The Cosmic Sailor, 121 Mortimer Street,
Herne Bay, CT6 5EX.


The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises
is the supply of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises from 0900 to 2300, 7 days a week.


The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council, Council Offices, 14 Rose Lane, Canterbury, CT1 2UR, during normal office hours.


Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council at the above address by midnight 16/06/25.


It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
