What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

PUBLIC NOTICE

Name of applicant: LILLIPUT EDGE LIMITED. 

Name and address of premises: LILLIPUT FARM KITCHEN, Toghill Barns, London Road, Wick, Bristol BS30 5RU.

Proposed licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises Monday to Sunday 0900-2300 and ON the premises Monday to Sunday 1100-2245.

The performance of dance and plays and the showing of films Monday to Sundays 0900-2300 Note, this is in essence the same operation as current with just a change to the licensable area and one condition in the operating schedule, see introduction/application for clarity.

Any representations must be made in writing by 9th June 2025 to the Licensing Team, South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Environment and Community Services, Licensing Service, PO Box 1954, Bristol BS37 0DD, licensing@southglos.gov.uk Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.

A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire BS37 7PN, and the register may be inspected during normal office hours.

It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a False statement knowingly or recklessly in connection with an Application for a Premises Licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
