LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Scandinavian Kitchen Limited has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Scandinavian Kitchen, 42 Buckingham Palace Road Palace Road London, SW1W 0RE for the sale by retail of alcohol every day 10.30 - 19.00. Both On and Off sales.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than Thursday 5th June 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
